คุณสามารถสอบถามรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรที่คุณสนใจด้วยตัวเองกับทางสถาบันเพื่อให้เราจัดโปรแกรมให้ ซึ่งสามารถรองรับความต้องการของผู้เรียนที่หลากหลายได้อย่างลงตัว และเพื่อประสิทธิผลและประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดที่เราจะมอบให้กับผู้เรียน ก่อนการตัดสินใจเรียน เราจึงมีการสัมภาษณ์เพื่อให้เข้าถึงความต้องการหรือความคาดหวังที่แท้จริงของผู้เรียน จึงทำให้หลักสูตรของเราตอบโจทย์ผู้เรียนได้อย่างลงตัว

 

หลักสูตรพื้นฐาน (Basic Course)

1. หลักสูตรพื้นฐานระยะยาว (เต็มหลักสูตร)

หลักสูตรนี้เหมาะสำหรับผู้ที่ไม่เคยมีประสบการณ์มาก่อน แล้วอยากเข้ามาสู่วงการแฟชั่นทรงผม ไม่ว่าคุณจะอายุเท่าไร จบการศึกษาด้านใดมา เพียงแค่คุณมีใจรักและต้องการเติบโตในวงการนี้ นั่นก็เพียงพอแล้วสำหรับจุดเริ่มต้นของช่างผมที่ยิ่งใหญ่ ซึ่งในหลักสูตรจะมีการเรียนการสอนในทักษะครบทุกด้าน เริ่มตั้งแต่สิ่งสำคัญประการแรกคือ ปรับทัศนคติในการเข้ามาอยู่ในวงการแฟชั่นผม หลังจากนั้นก็เริ่มเรียนเนื้อหาต่างๆ ทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติ อาทิ สรีระวิทยา การสระผม การนวดศีรษะ การไดร์ผม การเซต การม้วน การเกล้า การดัด การตัด/ซอย การทำสี การทำสปาเล็บเบื้องต้น และการจัดแฟชั่นโชว์ เป็นต้น 

นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการเชิญวิทยากรพิเศษที่เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะด้านของ CHALACHOL Salon หรือผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากต่างประเทศเข้ามาสอนและแบ่งปันเทคนิค วิธีการ และประสบการณ์ในการทำงานจริง ทำให้นักเรียนได้นำความรู้พื้นฐานที่มีมาปรับใช้กับเทคนิคที่ได้รับจากมืออาชีพ ไม่เพียงเท่านี้ สถาบันของเรายังจัดกิจกรรมให้นักเรียนได้เพิ่มทักษะ อาทิ การสนับสนุนให้นักเรียนได้เข้าไปร่วมทำงานเบื้องหลังในเวทีแฟชั่นระดับประเทศ  ซึ่งเป็นการให้นักเรียนได้ฝึกฝีมือ พัฒนาบุคลิกภาพ และได้เห็นการทำงานจริง เมื่อจบการศึกษาออกไปแล้ว จะทำให้นักเรียนมีประสบการณ์และความมั่นใจในการทำงานมากขึ้น

อีกสิ่งหนึ่งที่เราสอนนักเรียนเพื่อให้เขาจบไปแล้วประสบความสำเร็จอย่างยั่งยืน คือ การเติมความรู้ด้านทัศนคติ การบริการ และการบริหาร โดยจัดกิจกรรมหรือจัดอบรมหัวข้อต่างๆ ตามความเหมาะสมของช่วงเวลา เชิญวิทยากรพิเศษมาบรรยายให้ความรู้แก่นักเรียน ซึ่งถือว่าเป็นการเปิดมุมมองความรู้ใหม่ๆ ให้นักเรียนได้ปรับตัวให้ทันต่อสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน สมกับอยู่ในวงการแฟชั่นที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตลอดเวลา

สุดท้าย นักเรียนทุกคนจะได้เข้าฝึกงานจริงใน CHALACHOL Salon นักเรียนจะได้นำความรู้ ความสามารถทั้งหมดที่ได้เรียนมาใช้ให้เป็นประโยชน์ ฝึกทักษะกับมืออาชีพ และพัฒนาฝีมือต่อไปเรื่อยๆ เพื่อเข้าสู่วงการแฟชั่นผม และเป็นช่างทำผมมืออาชีพในที่สุด

2. หลักสูตรพื้นฐานระยะสั้น (หลักสูตรเร่งรัด)

หลักสูตรนี้เป็นหลักสูตรพื้นฐานที่ใช้ระยะเวลาเรียนประมาณ 3 เดือน เหมาะสำหรับกลุ่มคน 2 ประเภท คือ

  1. ผู้ที่มีพื้นฐานอยู่แล้ว ทำผมได้ในระดับหนึ่ง แต่ยังขาดความมั่นใจในการทำงาน อาจเพิ่งจบการศึกษามาจากสถาบันอื่นๆ หรือมีประสบการณ์ภายในร้านทำผม 2 ปีขึ้นไป เราจึงจัดหลักสูตรไว้เพื่อรองรับและเติมเต็มความมั่นใจสำหรับคนกลุ่มนี้ หลักสูตรจะใกล้เคียงกับแบบเต็มหลักสูตร เพียงแต่จะตัดเนื้อหาบางส่วนที่ผู้เรียนสามารถเรียนเสริมภายหลังได้ เช่น การทำสี การเกล้าผม การทำสปาเล็บ เป็นต้น ส่วนเนื้อหาหลักจะเป็นทักษะด้านการสระผม ไดร์ผม ม้วนผม เซตผม ดัดผม ตัด/ซอย เป็นต้น
  2. ผู้ที่เป็นเจ้าของกิจการ ผู้เรียนกลุ่มนี้ต้องการมีความรู้และความเข้าใจทักษะขั้นพื้นฐาน เพื่อการบริหารจัดการ และสามารถดูแลควบคุมทีมงานได้

 

หลักสูตรขั้นสูง (Advanced Course)

หลักสูตรนี้มีความหลากหลาย ทั้งนี้ ขึ้นอยู่กับความต้องการของผู้เรียนเป็นหลัก เหมาะสำหรับผู้ที่เป็นช่างทำผมอยู่แล้ว แต่ต้องการพัฒนาทักษะและเทคนิคในบางด้านเพื่อเสริมสร้างฝีมือและความมั่นใจให้กับตนเอง หรือเพิ่มมูลค่าให้กับผลงานเพื่อความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า

สิ่งสำคัญประการแรกของผู้ที่จะเข้าเรียนหลักสูตรนี้คือ ต้องมีการสัมภาษณ์และให้ข้อมูลพื้นฐาน เพื่อที่เราจะสามารถวิเคราะห์และจัดหลักสูตรให้ผู้เรียนได้อย่างเหมาะสม และหลังจากเรียนจบหลักสูตรแล้ว ผู้เรียนจะได้ความคุ้มค่าในระดับมืออาชีพกลับไปอย่างแน่นอน

หลักสูตรนี้มีทั้งการเรียนแบบเดี่ยวและแบบกลุ่ม ระยะเวลาเรียนก็แตกต่างกันไป  มีตั้งแต่ระยะเวลา 1- 2 วัน, 5 วัน, 2 สัปดาห์ หรือ 1 เดือน ขึ้นอยู่กับความต้องการหรือความจำเป็นของผู้เรียนที่ได้ทำการวิเคราะห์ในตอนต้น ซึ่งการเรียนลักษณะแบบนี้จะทำให้ผู้เรียนได้รับประโยชน์สูงสุดจากการเรียน

For the best effectiveness and efficiency of students’ learning, we interview all students about their desire and expectation before their decision to register any courses.

 

Basic Courses

1. Regular Course

If you would like to step into the hair fashion industry but don’t have any experience, the regular course is your answer. No matter how old you are or what field you studied, just your love and desire to grow in this industry are enough to start your career as a professional hairdresser.

The regular course provides you with all skills of hairdressing. The first important thing is to adjust your attitude toward hairdressing industry. Throughout the program, students not only learn the theories but also do practical training such as physiology, hair washing, head massage, drying, setting, rolling, tying, perming, cutting, coloring, basic manicure and fashion show organizing.

In addition, we invite specialists from CHALACHOL Salon and various distinguished institutions to teach techniques and share experiences in a salon. As a result, students can blend the specialists’ techniques with their knowledge in class. Also, we support our students to work for many national fashion events. They can use these opportunities to sharpen their skills, improve their personality and see the real fashion world. After graduation, they will be experienced and confident in serving clients.

Moreover, to make our students’ success long last after graduation, we adjust their attitude and teach them about services and management. We hold activities and seminars by specialists to give new aspects to our students. Thus, they are able to update and adjust themselves to the fast- moving fashion world.

At last, all students have to be apprenticed to a hairdresser in the salons of CHALACHOL. They must use their knowledge to serve clients, work in a real salon environment and improve their skills in order to step into the hair fashion industry and finally become a well-known professional hairdresser.

2. Intensive Course

          1. The intensive course takes you approximately 3 months. It suits two groups of people: Experienced Hairdressers

These people can do hairdressing but they are not confident in their skills enough. They might have just graduated from other schools or have been working in a salon for over 2 years. The course will fulfill their confidence. It is similar to the full course, but some contents that the students can learn later on such as coloring, tying and manicure are cut out. This course focuses on skills of hair washing, drying, rolling, setting and cutting.

          2. Salon Owners

The owners should know and understand the basic skills of hairdressing to run and manage the salon business, and conduct their team.

 

 

Advanced Course

This course varies and focuses on what students need to improve. It suits hairdressers who would like to develop some special skills and techniques to boost their self-confidence, elevate the value of work and promote the customer satisfaction.

People who is interested in the course have to be interviewed first, so we can analyze your skills and your goal of taking the course, and offer you a suitable program. After graduation, the student will absolutely have valuable knowledge for their professional hairdressing career.

The advanced course has both private and group classes. The course duration depends on the students and the results of analysis. It may take 1-2 days, 5 days, 2 weeks or 1 month. The students will completely gain an advantage of excellent education.
